Tittle: Polyfest Learning Story.

On Wednesday Me, my little sister, Tessa, My aunty, and also my mum went to Hosanna Church to watch the Corinna School Polyfest. We watched the Samoan, Maori, Tokelauan, and Kapahaka groups perform. I was in the tokelauan group because that is my culture.

At Polyfest I was good at Participating and Contributing. I worked really hard to learn all of the dances and songs. I always tried my best at the practices and on the stage. I moved my hips and followed my hands when we were doing the actions. I smiled to the audience.

I also shared my skills by teaching the little kids how to do the actions.I taught my little sister how to do the dances.

I like polyfest because I want to show how I do my moves and show my aunty how good I am in the Tokelauan group. I also wanted to show her that I am not scared when I'm going up on the stage and doing my dance to them and the audience.

Next step: What I have to do is to move my hips heaps, get lower and smile.
